Write an Episode of Jake and Amir Contest!
This month marks our THIRD anniversary making “Jake and Amir” videos. Over the past three years we’ve made over 300 episodes — every single one of them, written by us.
We need a break.
So if you’ve ever thought to yourself “I can write a Jake and Amir episode!” well now’s your chance to prove it, in our first (and probably only) ever “Write an Episode of Jake and Amir Contest!”
The Gist: Submit your script to JakeAndAmirScriptContest@gmail.com and we (Jake and Amir) will personally review every one. The one we deem the best will be produced, edited, and put on our site. Just like a regular episode — but with credit given to YOU, the writer.
The Rules:
- The video has to take place at our desks (Amir sitting across from Jake) Just like this video. Or this one!
- The title of your episode has to be the subject of the email, with the script in the body of the email (NOT as an attachment)
- The script has to use the following formatting — click here. And must not exceed 40 lines (total.)
- Only one script per email address.
We will stop reviewing all scripts by Monday, May 17th at 11:59pm so be sure to get yours in by then. That’s it! Good luck!
